Purpose of POAP For individuals who are not using MSP to plan their project (which can be the case in many organizations) but still need a means of showing their Excel plans in a way which can be included in PMGs and steering packs, the 2 templates in the PPT aim to: provide a simply and adaptable format for showing a forward facing 4 week view of key milestones. Provide a simple and adaptable format for showing a ’monthly view if key milestones and progress against key milestones (the monthly duration is not fined, for those wishing to show an annual view, simple right click and add more columns or change the period you are noting in the box at the top of each column from ‘Month; to Quarter or Half Year.
