By entering a special calibration mode the display may be adjusted to register the same value as a certified thermometer, the resulting ‘CAL FACTOR’ will be shown and should be recorded for future reference. The CO2 sensor may be put into an AUTO-CAL mode where the CO2 solenoid is inhibited and the CO2 display ‘Flashes’ until a suitable baseline has been found for the thermal conductivity sensors. When the baseline is stable the display will cease to ‘Flash’ and the solenoid will be alloed to bring the CO2 concentration up to the desired level. The capacitive humidity sensor is factory precalibrated and requires no further adjustment to give a typical accuracy of +- 5% RH. Contherm Scientific Ltd
