CLASSIFICATION OF LAW (KLASIFIKASI UNDANG-UNDANG) 1.Public law(undang-undang awam) 2.International law(undang-undang antara bangsa) 3 Private law(undang-undang persendirian)

PUBLIC LAW (UNDANG-UNDANG AWAM) It governs between individuals and the state (undang-undang yg mentadbirkan perhubungan antara individu dengan negara(pihak kerajaan) It can be divided into 2 categories: Constitution law (undang-undang perlembagaan) Criminal law (undang-undang jenayah)

Undang-undang Perlembagaan Public Law Constitution law Undang-undang Perlembagaan Lays down the rights of individuals in the state It deals with questions such as supremacy of Parliament and the rights of a citizens. Menyediakan hak-hak individu dalam sesebuah negara Membincangkan persoalan keluhuran perlembagaan dan 3 kuasa jentera pentadbiran negara iaitu eksekutif,legistratif dan kehakiman

Public Law CRIMINAL LAW Undang-undang Jenayah Condifies the various offences committed by individual againts the state The punishment is inflicted by the state and the proceedings are brought by the Public Prosecuter Mengkodifikasikan beberapa kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh individu terhadap negaranya. Kesalahan jenayah merupakan kesalahan terhadap negara yang mana hukumannya disediakanoleh negara dan tindakan diambil oleh Pegawai Pendakwaraya.

INTERNATIONAL LAW (Undang-undang Antarabangsa) Is a body of law which is composed down principles and rules of conduct which the state feel themselves need to observes in regulating relationship which each other. ( undang-undang yang mengawal dan menghubungkan antara negara-negara) It can be divided into 2 categories: Public international law Private international law

INTERNATIONAL LAW (Undang-undang Antarabangsa) Public international law Private international law The law that prevail between state(membincangkan tentang urusan antara negara dan hak seta tanggungjawab antara sesama mereka. Different version in every country. It consists of the rule that guide a judge when the laws of more than one country are involve in a case.(konflik undang-undang . Menyentuh tentang pemakaian beberapa undang-undang yang melibatkan lebih dari 1 negara)

PRIVATE LAW (UNDANG-UNDANG PERSENDIRIAN) CONCERNED WITH MATTERS THAT AFFECT THE RIGHT AND DUTIES OF INDIVIDUAL AMONGST THEMSELVES. (MENTADBIRKAN PERHUBUNGAN ANTARA INDIVIDU DENGAN INDIVIDU) It can be divided into 3 categories: CONTRACT TORT TRUST
