DESIGNING ONLINE QUIZ Designing this quiz involves 3 steps 1. Edit quiz name and description 2. Edit quiz options 3. Edit quiz questions

STEP 1 - EDIT QUIZ NAME & DESCRIPTION Type the title of the quiz Addition of Single Digit Numbers Type the description and the instruction in the appropriate box This Test is made up of 3 True/False Items and 2 Multiple Choice Items. ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS Then press submit, after which a confirmation message will appear

Confirmation Message This page will appear after pressing submit. If changes are to be made press EDIT. If not go to step 2 by pressing on Edit Quiz option

STEP 2 – EDIT QUIZ OPTIONS This Site offers many options with regards to the test. All you will need to do if the feature is needed is to tick the corresponding box. Then press SUBMIT CHANGES.

CONFIRMATION MESSAGE -STEP 2 After pressing submit changes the screen will look like this. Now you are ready for the final step – EDIT QUIZ QUESTIONS. Press this button

STEP 3 - Next, press the button [Edit Question] This screen will appear, type the question in the box. Then press SUBMIT 2+ 3 = 7 The screen below will then appear, which will ask you to choose the question type then press submit

TRUE / FALSE ITEM Notice this section it will keep a visible record of the test items. You will be asked to choose the answer if its TRUE/FALSE then press SUBMIT CHANGE After pressing SUBMIT CHANGE, this screen will appear. If you have no more questions to add press FINISH If you have another question to add click on ADD NEW QUESTION

Insert the choices and remember to check the box where the answer is. MULTIPLE CHOICE ITEM After choosing multiple choice. The screen below will appear.
