Acknowledgements Al Mannings – for VOLUNTEERING to be a trustee this past year. Update for Ongoing Topics 1 UHF Repeater ownership – Ownership proposal sent via email to Lugo and Maddson (RFA rep) on 2/15 (cc: to Board). Received positive response, Lugo is coordinating a meeting for early March – Ken to attend at minimum, LNS if feasible. LNS will draft an initial MOU re: assets per email May result in 2 MOUs – one re: assets, one re: Emcomm support. New Repeaters Controller Interfacing – on/about late April Fusion testing – May? (≥2 members now have Fusion rigs – any others?)

HARC Treasury Audit From Bylaws…. AUDIT AND FILINGS. The HARC’s financial records for the current fiscal year are to be submitted by the outgoing treasurer for an audit to be completed by April 30th. The audit team shall consist of at least two non-officer members appointed by the President. The Treasurer shall facilitate the filing of all appropriate financial records and required reports to the State of Washington and Internal Revenue Service on or before the respective filing deadlines.
