Strategic Plan Vision: To be the global leader in organizational competence for preventing potential safety and security issues from getting into processes and products. Mission: to accomplish expertise through capability maturity development in preventative safety and security tools / methodologies.

Strategic Plan Goal Enhance effectiveness of existing tools & methods for prevention of security and safety issues in our products and services. Objective Assess the present effectiveness, reveal shortfalls and gaps for actionable enhancement FMEAs Preliminary Hazards Analysis Special Characteristics ISO 26262 HARA STPA-Systems Theoretic Process Analysis etc.

Strategic Plan Goal Improve the communication and coordination of efforts intent on improving preventative practices in security and safety Objective Identify and harmonize existing and emerging practices and proposals relative to prevention of Security and Safety issues Present security and safety prevention overview to global community
