User Manual & Best Practices We’re currently converting our Online Learning System into a series of JIBLink User Manual Word documents to be posted on the JIBLink website for easy viewing/printing by clients. We had hoped to have this completed in May/07, but due to a full schedule with our last release we now expect to have this completed in June 2007. Supplementing this JIBLink User Manual will be a JIBLink Best Practices document; a compilation from our clients of best practices for JIB processing. This will also be posted on the JIBLink website for easy viewing/printing by clients and should be ready shortly after the User Manual.

Release 2.1 – JIBLink’s Excel Reporting Module We released on April 19th Red Dog Systems has introduced the value added feature of Excel Reporting to assist users with the management of JIB data. Two types of Excel reports have been added to JIBLink, Screen Excel Reports and Reporting Module Excel Reports. These reports are billable and the fees will be included on the monthly Red Dog invoice (pricing will be discussed as I review each type)
