Myths & Misconceptions The Quality of medical and nursing care a patient receives will not change regardless of decision of being an organ donor. There is no charge to the family for donation of organs and tissues. Funeral expenses paid by family. Customary funeral practices are possible after donation – Surgery like procedure. Rich or famous people do not receive any perks on receiving organs or donations faster. 1st local basis then regionally, then nationally. Having a heart on your license means you wish to be a donor. TALK TO YOUR FAMILY.

Be sincere.
