Growth of P. Fluorescens with Kanomycn Jacob Kinlaw & Robert Blackman

Introduction Pseudomonas Fluorescens is a gram-negative, rod shaped bacteria Which antibiotics are effective against it? Preliminary experiment was to test Ampicillin, Tetracycline, and Kanamycin Went more in depth on Kanamycin

Conclusion The ID 50 is 4.98 μg/mL y = -10.495x + 102.26
