would, or could or might + V1 When we talk about unreal event (Imaginary Situation) or something is impossible, we have to… 1.Use (IF clause) with Simple Past Such as, If I found.., If you could.., If you were.. 2.Use in (Main Clause) the second part the following modal auxiliaries: (would, might, could) For example: IF I found a million dollars, I would take it to the police.
