Some of the basic assumptions of the program Theory of change Some of the basic assumptions of the program The competition over natural resources is increasing and the resource base is at risk. There is enough integrity in the legal system to react to public pressure when something is wrong Building a strong civil society and strengthening affected people´s voices to claim their rights will improve the dialogue and set in motion a change process towards more responsbile management of the resource base.

Why strengthening civil society? Theory of change Why strengthening civil society? Effectiveneses and scale – critical mass Mutual learning – in fields beyond traditional nature conservation Sustainability – WWF can pass the torch

Dialogue and co-operation are guiding stars for all activities Dialogue and co-operation are guiding stars for all activities. We do not seek confrontation but rather to finding constructive solutions and win-win-win approaches within the program.
