Showcase Training

Objective To create a fun, friendly and high energy atmosphere that will allow your guest to taste, feel and experience Ardyss Products and learn of the Opportunity so the either buy products or join Ardyss.

Mindset Showcase have to be Simple, Fun & Duplicable. Is designed for new Distributors, not for experimented ones. Keep it short & dynamic (Duration 1:30 hours).

Before the Showcase A.- INVITATION B.- PREPARATION Always ask your guest to bring friends. You can always send card invitations. Make a list of all the people you know and invite them to a party in your house. If you want to have one person in your showcase you have to invite 3 or 4 people. Always confirm with your guests 3 hours prior. An average showcase consist of 5 to 6 people. Ask not to bring children and be on time. Create the environment, use Ardyss products as props to decorate your showcase. Use products from the following lines: Personal Care, Nutrition and Household, etc. for your props. Place brochures, flyers, magazines and catalogs along with the products. Have the price list ready but don’t display it until the end of the showcase. Connect the DVD/TV to play the video. Set the living room (meeting place) with confortable chairs. Have enrollment applications handy, receipts books and pens. Have your Reshaping products ready (women/men) with a range of sizes, to do a live transformation, don’t forget a measurement tape. Additional tips: Place a welcome banner, have name tags and markers. The host with at least 2 active distributors should arrive 30 minutes before the showcase begin (Dressed in business attire). Serve finger foods, such as veggies, fruits, crackers, including Ardyss products. Review the Ardyss Showcase checklist for a successful event.

During the Showcase A.- WELCOME B.- PRESENTATION C.- CLOSING Have everybody complete the registry list with names, emails and phone numbers. Have name tags for all the guest and existing Distributors. Play a list of preselected upbeat music. Mix and Mingle, edify others, sample the nutritional products (no alcohol). Prepare and sample some nutritional bevarages or serve hot Ardyss Coffee. Welcome everyone and introduce (edify) any Uplines and the presenter (expert). The presenter should take about 5 minutes to layout the objective of the meeting and give 3 miutes testimony. The host should not wear any Ardyss garments before the presentation, after the video the before and after demonstration should be exhibited Play the products or business video (7 mins). After the video, the host should now exhibit a transformation using the Body Magic. Measure 3 to 4 guest and let them try the garments. Ask other Distributors to share their testimonies. Talk about the business and present some money earning scenarios, ask for testimonies. Complete the applications and enroll them online. Setup appointments to start the 72 hours rule, complete the “Launching your business form”. Schedule meetings with interested guests, present a calendar with upcoming events and showcases. Give the Audio CD of what to do next, ask to hear chapter 1. Take orders at the showcase with cash or with debit card.

After the Showcase A.- 72 HOUR RULE B.- FOLLOW-UP Let the new Distributor know how their team works. Ask “why”, purpose to work. Find out how much money your enrollee would like to earn in the following 3 months. Set up 3 meetings in the following 10 days. Help them to complete a list and make phone callas. Inform them what to expect on the showcase. Explain how to be commission qualifyed and Recurring Order. Inform them of all Ardyss events (Trainings, Super Saturday, Extravaganza, etc.) For people interested on the products call them to make another purchase. For people interested on the business, follow up to have them attend every event. Attend all Ardyss events: Showcases, weekly conference calls, weekly trainings, Super Saturdays, quarterly regional events and annual events (Family Reunion - Extravaganza), etc.
