Behavior Data School wide system Direct instruction of expectations Pro-active interventions for red and yellow zone students Additional Support Staff and private services Consistency throughout school staff and environment Pre-determined procedures Shared process with parents Consistency in adult positive feedback Student and Staff Buy-in Celebrating our Success- monthly reviews, teacher flowers, teacher lottery Not only has the number of behavior referrals dropped dramatically, but standardized test scores have also increased partly because the classroom climate is more conducive to learning.
