Korea ITU Committee : history In 1983, WRC preparatory group has been established under MIC In 1984, corresponding group to ITU-T was established in KT In 1988, role to correspond to ITU-T/R was moved to TTA since TTA has established. ITU research department was established in TTA and the department operated ITU committee - Mid 1990s, ITU committees were merged into TTA Standardization committees In 1999, Korea ITU-R Committee was established(renamed) In April of 2004, ITU-T Committee was established(renamed) In December 2004, Korea ITU-R Committee and ITU-T Committee merged into Korea ITU Committee including ITU-D Committee

What was challenges?
