Visual Guide to Governance & Strategy Motions Process

Key points on G & S Motions process Licensed Local Groups, active for 1 year by the time of the debate session at Basecamp, may propose motions to the Criteria Panel. Any proposal submitted by a local group must have the full backing of that group. The Criteria Checking Panel screens all proposed motions before posting them online in the “Dialogue Forum” for further discussion. Once on the “Dialogue Forum”, in order to continue any motion must have 3 groups in favour of having the proposal included in the Debate Session at Basecamp 2016.
