Requirements: Attended a CA high school for 3 or more years Graduated from a CA high school or attained the equivalent of a H Registered or currently be enrolled at a public college/university in CA Fees pay nonresident tuition at the CA Community Colleges. Graduated from a California High School. An Prospective undocumented student are now eligible to receive.

Other Important Info Hour: Mon-Th: 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Receive state aid Counseling, bookstore vouchers, and priority registration.
