Transcripts: MAILED OR HARD COPY Electronic transcripts will be sent through Naviance. If you need a transcript mailed or if you would like a personal copy you need to complete the Transcript Release Form (these on the CRHS website in the Registrar section) Submit release form to registrar’s office with a stamped and addressed envelope and $2.00.

ONLY if required, click “Letters of Recommendation” Choose teacher only after you have asked the teacher in person. Remember your Student Profile Packet & completion of FERPA!!! If you have already entered colleges, make sure you request transcripts and recommendation letters.

CHECK DEADLINES, requests must be submitted a minimum of VERY IMPORTANT Student Profile Packet must be filled out if requesting a recommendation letter from counselor’s office FOUND IN NAVIANCE: “About Me” / “See All Surveys” CHECK DEADLINES, requests must be submitted a minimum of 15 working days BEFORE IT IS DUE! In order for school personnel to write a letter of recommendation for you, you must waive your rights. (FERPA) This can be done through your student profile in Naviance.

College Admission Terms Early Decision-A binding commitment to attend the college if you are accepted. “I am only applying to you.” Early Action-Simply applying early so you will receive acceptance notification early. No commitment to attend. Wait List-Admission pending Provisional/Summer Admit-Varies from school to school
