Partnerships will be valuable when we refer students to other departments.

Know the Difference: AB 540, CA DREAM Act and DACA Allows eligible undocumented students pay in-state tuition. Allows AB 540 eligible students apply for financial aid at colleges and universities. The campuses need a full copy of the work permit. Does not grant CA residence status Does not grant CA residence. Allows students to qualify for financial aid by completing the CA Dream Act application. NO state residence.
