To choose courses, every student should have Transcript Colored Course Selection Form MHS Course Catalog MHS Registration Dates/Deadlines

Step 1 – Required Classes Use your transcript and MHS Grad Requirements Are you on track to graduate? Have you failed any classes? Are you meeting the HEAR/college admission requirements?

Step 1 – Required Classes 1) Language Arts 4 credits 2) Math 3 credits 3) Social Studies 3 credits 4) Science 3 credits 5) Health/PE 2 credits 6) Technology .5 credit 7) Fine/Performing Arts .5 credit

Step 2 – Elective classes 1) Think about your PWR goal. 2) Review your Career Cluster Survey on College in Colorado 3) Identify your career goals and courses available at MHS that match that goal 4) Check the Career Cluster handout on pgs. 8 and 9 in your Course Catalog

Step 3 – Notice prerequisites Auditions/tryouts Signatures/approval Applications Meet deadlines!

turn in Course Selection Form by March 7 Course selection form with all necessary signatures. Applications? Auditions? Teacher Approval? See teachers or your counselor for questions.
