Read the scenario on p. 18 of your text Read the scenario on p. 18 of your text. Write down what you would take with you and think about why you chose those items. (worksheet)

1.1 What is culture? The way of life and values of a group of people Includes tangible (touchable) and intangible (non-touchable) elements.

Culture traits – the smallest elements of a culture (ex Culture traits – the smallest elements of a culture (ex. song, saying, food, etc.) 3 categories: 1. Artifacts – objects made by humans (ex. cell phones, cars, jewelry, etc.)
