Cell 2 Layout

2HR1 picks up 1st set of (4) liners from liner conveyor

2HR1 picks up 2nd set of (4) liners from liner conveyor

2HR1 places 1st set of (4) liners into core box.

2HR1 places 2nd set of (4) liners into core box

2HR2 picks up both cranks from core box.

2HR2 moves to defin side windows of 1st crank. 200mm

2HR2 moves to defin the base area of the 1st crank. 200mm 50mm

2HR2 moves to chains and defins at the top of the 1st crankcase. (the robot should have a sweeping motion to defin this araea of the crank) 250mm

2HR2 defins (2) liners at castover area of 1st crank.

2HR2 defins (2) liners at castover area of 1st crank.

2HR2 moves to defin side windows of 2nd crank. 200mm

2HR2 moves to defin the base area of the 2nd crank. 200mm 50mm
