Discover 2018 Las Vegas June 19-21 Partner Customer Care Tool (PCCT) Bulk Purchase Process

Partner Customer Care Tool (PCCT) Introduction The Partner Customer Care Tool, also know as PCCT, enables the HPE partner community to: Create and activate an account on the PCCT Purchase event passes to host customers, partners and colleagues Reserve hosted accommodation for customers and colleagues Sub-block requests to April 6, 2018 Ability to reserve in a sub-block to May 4, 2018) Important note about hosted accommodations: Bulk Purchases cannot be split. IF you will have some guests needing hosted accommodation and others without, you’ll need to make separate bulk purchases for each group. Send event invitations to your customers and colleagues (available late February) Send non-funded invitations Send hosted invitations; invite customers, partners and colleagues using a pre-purchased pass Monitor invitation/registration status for those you invite

PCCT Login Program Selection Log into the PCCT here: https://partner.hpeglobalevents.com Once you’ve entered the tool you will see a dropdown menu of all available events Select Discover 2018 June Events as the event for which you’d like to purchase passes and manage invitations 3

P C C T – R e t u r n i n g U s e r s Login If you have already created a PCCT account, please use your existing login credentials to login: Email Password Password tips: Passwords are case sensitive Passwords requirements: A min length of 8 characters, a maximum of 30 characters At least one uppercase and lowercase letter At least one number or special character (! @ # $ % ^ *) Not contain “pw’ or ‘pwd’ Select Login − If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset 1 2 4

PCCT – New Users Create an account 2 If you are a new user, select Create an account next to the green Login button 1 This will open an online form. Complete the mandatory fields marked by an *, and the select the green button Create Account 2 You will receive an activation email. Please follow the instructions in that email to activate your account and log in. 1 5

A Quick Support Reference The Contact Us tab in the PCCT is a reference of all support emails available to you in a single location for easy reference. As new functionality launches in the tool, additional support emails will be listed here.

PCCT Partner Dashboard Go to Partner Dashboard for a summary of your purchases and corresponding invitations and registration status You will find a summary of your passes and invitations split by: 1 1 Total passes with accommodation Passes + Accommodations Passes Only Total passes only You can print copies of your invoices and/or receipts at any time. 2 2 9

PCCT Manage Bulk Purchases 2 1 1– Here you can see a collective view of your bulk purchases’ status: Hotel pending Complete payment Invitations available Feb 2018 2– You can also see a collective view of your event passes’ status by each bulk purchase: Total number of passes purchased Number of passes used Invited Registered Other 11

PCCT – Creating a New Bulk Purchase To make a new bulk purchase request, from the Manage Bulk Purchase tab select Create New Bulk Purchase 12

PCCT – Complete a New Bulk Purchase Request From IMPORTANT: Bulk Purchases cannot be split, i.e. once you complete a purchase, all passes within a single bulk purchase must be with OR without hosted accommodation. IF you will have some guests with hosted accommodation and others without, you’ll need to make separate bulk purchases for each group. Select the Geo that represents your purchase Select the Geo sub-group that represents your purchase: Latin America Geo, please select your country North America Geo please select Channel and Alliance Partners (if you are an OEM partner please make this selection also) Other Geos, please select option 1 if you are from Asia Pacific, Japan or India option 2 if you are from an EMEA country 1 2 Input the quantity of passes you wish to purchase Note: estimated cost in $USD will be shown below the total passes required Select your payment preference (credit card or wire transfer) 3 4 13

PCCT - Bulk Purchase Credit Card Payment If you selected credit card, complete the Bulk Purchase Payment Information section to provide the details needed to complete your purchase. All fields marked with an * are mandatory. 14

PPCT – Completing a New Bulk Purchase You will be asked to complete a few more questions regarding your Bulk Purchase Billing Information Please read and accept the event terms and conditions. This is a mandatory step before you may proceed by selecting the Continue button. 15

PCCT Bulk Purchase Confirmation A summary of your order will be displayed. You will be given the option to request a hotel sub-block if you wish to offer hosted hotel accommodation with your event pass invitations. Select whether you do not need a group hotel booking or if you wish to request one. If you select you do not need a group hotel booking you will be returned to the Manage Bulk Purchase tab If you opt to request a group hotel booking you will be asked a few more questions on the next page. Select Complete Bulk Purchase to finalize your pass order. 16

PCCT - Bulk Purchase Wire Transfer Payment If you selected Pay Now - Wire Transfer, complete the Bulk Purchase Billing Information section to provide the details needed to complete your purchase. All fields marked with an * are mandatory. Please read and accept the event terms and conditions. This is a mandatory step before you may proceed by selecting the Continue button. 17

PCCT Bulk Purchase Confirmation A summary of your order will be displayed. You will also receive an email confirmation. You will be given the option to request a hotel sub-block if you wish to offer hosted hotel accommodation with your event pass invitations. Select whether you do not need a group hotel booking or if you wish to request one. If you select you do not need a group hotel booking you will be returned to the Manage Bulk Purchase tab. Your bulk purchase will be activated and ready to use once registration opens. If you opt to request a group hotel booking you will be asked a few more questions on the next page. Select Complete Bulk Purchase to finalize your pass order. 18

Bulk Purchase Confirmation Email After selecting Complete Bulk Purchase you will receive an email confirmation of your bulk pass order from the partnerconcierge@hpeglobalevents.com. The email subject line is Bulk purchase confirmation | Hewlett Packard Enterprise Discover 2018 Las Vegas

Hotel Sub-block Request Online Form After selecting Complete Bulk Purchase, and if you opted to request a group hotel booking you will proceed to the online form where you can request a hotel sub-block. The Welcome page outlines the hotel sub-block process for block requests of 10 rooms or more, and for block requests of < 10 rooms. There are two hotel options to select from: The Palazzo and The Venetian. Both are within the same hotel property connected to the Sands Convention Center event venue. Sands Expo convention space The Palazzo sleeping rooms The Venetian sleeping rooms 20

Hotel Sub-block Request Form Several of the fields will be auto populated from the pages you completed as part of your pass purchase. 21

Hotel Sub-block Request Form Input the number of nights you wish to host for each day. For nights you do not wish to host, input *0*. Select your preferred hotel choice from the drop down options. Select Continue. 22

Your Invitations with Hosted Accommodation A customized link for your sub-block is created and linked to your bulk pass purchase. The Partner Concierge will notify you once this is complete. In Manage Bulk Purchase you will also see the status of your bulk purchase change from “Hotel pending” to “Invitations available Feb 2018” When your invitee uses one of your invitations to register and then continues and books their hotel accommodation using the event tool, they will be automatically placed into your hotel sub-block. Upon completion of their hotel booking they will receive a hotel confirmation. The hotel will not charge them for the nights you are hosting and will ask the guest to pay for any additional nights they may book upon their checkout. Once your credit card authorization is signed for your hotel sub-block you will be fully liable for the total rooms held in your sub-block.

Guarantee for Your Sub-block – You will be asked to provide credit card details as your guarantee for the sub- block you are requesting.

Your Hotel Sub-block Confirmation Your hotel sub-block confirmation will display online. To print a copy, select Print Confirmation.

Key Hotel Sub-block Dates You are fully liable for the total rooms held in your hotel sub-block once your contract and credit card authorization has been signed May 4, 2018 all guests to be included in your sub-block must be assigned to their room in your hotel block May 18, 2018 Passkey hotel system closes; as of June 25 event attendees may contact the hotel directly for new hotel bookings or to amend their existing hotel booking 27

Bulk Purchase Hotel Sub-block Acknowledgement Email You will receive an email acknowledging that your hotel sub- block request has been received. The Partner Concierge will notify you once your sub-block set up has been completed and linked to your pass bulk purchase is complete. If you log back into the PCCT and go to the Manage Bulk Purchase tab, you will also see the status of your bulk purchase change from “Hotel pending” to “Invitations available Feb 2018”.
