Family Learning, as part of Leicester City’s Adult Skills & Learning Service, would like to work together with schools to maximise benefit from the Government’s Home Access Scheme. Where schools know they have a number of families applying for a free PC and internet access, we would like to offer those families learning sessions to help them: Learn how to use their new computer safely Explore some recommended sites that will support their children’s homework Experiment with fun activities to do at home with their children that will encourage and extend the development of IT skills for both adult and child For more information, please contact Catriona Kelly, Family Learning Manager, on 07989 018846 or email Catriona.kelly@leicester.gov.uk
