Challenges Procuring IT equipment Staff training, and in particular older staff Internet connectivity Coordinating with stake holders For stake holders to use online payment systems and many have preference to pay in cash System to transmit and receive ephyto securely

Challenges Difficulty to upload export certificate, from customs union to abroad (this is particular with regards to legislation restrictions in the Russian Federation) Legislation not in place for accepting electronic certification Legislation does not allow data entry by industry Not enough experts and infrastructure available to implement project
