From Vague to Specific

What is it mean to be VAGUE? How many of you have ever said the phrase… “Umm Mrs. H, can I please another one of those things.. You know the papers. Umm you know that one.” Vague…..by definition means to be unclear, non-specific or non-descript. What is it mean to be VAGUE?
