Policy Formulation and Coordination Innovative Project Delivery Bureau Policy Formulation and Coordination Quality Control Technical Assistance Standardization and Dissemination Promotion Develop P3 program guidelines Coordinate with other public agencies and federal government as needed Perform project oversight for existing P3 projects Monitor budgetary impacts of P3 projects on IDOT budget Certify compliance with existing policy and contract provisions Lead or provide guidance throughout the procurement process Perform P3 project screening or delivery options / value for money (VfM) analysis as needed (not required by policy) Create standard contract language and forms Develop best practices and sample documents Share materials with other state agencies and local government partners Keep private sector informed of P3 project pipeline Provide guidance for interested private sector stakeholders Consolidate and maintain project pipeline
