Code of Conduct Players, coaches, parents/spectators are to conduct themselves in a manner that “Honors the Game” and demonstrates respect to other players, coaches, officials and parents/spectators. The essential elements in this “Code of Conduct” are: HONESTY and INTEGRITY “It is only through such conduct that our sport can earn and maintain a positive image and make its full contribution to youth sports in the United States and around the world.” 11/18/2018

2018 Girls Spring & Summer Programs Spring Season (12U) Spring Season is April 1 – end of May Game Schedule is on the website. Number of Games: 4 Home/4 Away Spring Tournament: June 3rd -4th - Location TBD. Optional 2nd Spring/Summer Tournament SPRING Season 14U’s: One-time waiver Summer Season (8U, 10U, 12U and 14U) June 5th - end of July STMA Team Registration Now Open:  Closes April 28th Referral Credit Available Number of Games: Approx. 8 games Summer Tournament: August 3rd - 5th - Location TBD RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT!!! Volunteer Opportunities Join the Board!!! Coach - Assistant Coaches needed for our Girls program Team Managers Tournament Support Time/Score Keepers Fundraising/Marketing Project help – Got an idea, make it happen! 1/9/2018

Required Volunteer Hours 3 hours of volunteer time, per player, for field season is required – regardless of level 2 hours of volunteer time, per player, at the end of season tournament hosted at STMA Provide the association with a $100 check, per player, no cash accepted Team managers will collect the checks first week of practice Checks will be turned over to Treasurer - Jason Brett. Checks will be held for the season, when you complete your 5 hours of volunteer time, per player, your check will be destroyed. If you do not to complete the 5 hours, per player requirement, your check will be cashed and deposited to the association at the end of the season to cover costs of hiring workers. If you know you will not to complete the 5 hours, per player requirement, please notify us immediately and your check will be cashed and deposited to the association so we can hire workers. Report all volunteer hours to your team manager. 11/18/2018

2018 End of Season Boys Tournament STMA named a host site for GNLL End of Season Tournament June 23rd – 24th Estimated 60 teams from around MN to attend 2 Hour Volunteer Requirement! Planning Committee to help support Tournament Coordinator (David Grabowski) Being a member of the planning committee will satisfy all 5 volunteer hours Other tournament support Set-up and Clean-up Man power for concessions Time/score keep, etc. 11/18/2018
