Introduction SEFE is a non-government, non-political and non- profitable organization in Pakistan. the organization consists of senior officers having served Pakistan for almost 30 years. The government of South Asian countries want to grasp the maximum opportunities of labor export to gulf countries UN convention regarding the right of migrant workers Role of Bureau of immigration, overseas Employment Corporation, Overseas Pakistani Overseas Pakistani Organization. F.I.A, N.A.D.R.A, etc.

Vision Emigrants are not slave rather partner in the development of your city/state/country. deserve better treatment. Mission To ensure safety of each and every emigrant, reduce exploitation and assist the deceased emigrant’s family and children with financial help in order to make them vital member of society, and restrain them from involving in any crime such as (prostitution and child labour or other street crimes).

Objective To develop a network of people and organizations To establish South Asian Migrant Forum. To develop proper mechanism to protect the right of migrant workers. To disseminate information among the General Public about Legal and Illegal Emigration. Advice the government to prepare emigration policies to curb human trafficking with cooperation of respective government. To ensure bilateral agreement between labour sending and labour receiving countries.

Functions Lodge complaints with the international organization against the harassment, injustice and exploitation. To compensate spouse and children of the deceased expatriate workers To provide relief to the intending emigrants within the country. To entertain the complaints of the employer, workers and overseas employment recruiters against all government agencies. Pre departure briefing by establishing briefing/language training centre with the help of Govt. agencies ILO and IOM.

Functions (Cont....) Data of all the legal recruiting agents and jobs will be obtained To brief to the intending emigrants about the different prevailing laws of the employing countries. To establish school /college & to provide them free education. To establish shelter house. to established research centre to compile those who died during legal or illegal emigration. To study and explore international labour market, and its specific requirement about the overseas job. Its specific requirement about the overseas job.

Funding The organization will be operated through internal and external donations. all the philanthropist, corporate sectors, financial institutions, government/semi- government organizations will be requested to assist. Audit Services of most reputable and recognized chartered accountant will be hired to inspect and audit the accounts of this organization on yearly basis.
