Home school assignment changes coming to the Druid Hills area! Students living south of West 24th Street and North Pine Street and extending along the line of North Pine Street to the eastern edge of the current boundary, except for Dillehay Courts housing complex will be assigned to Highland Renaissance ES and Martin Luther King, Jr. MS. These students will be assigned to Garinger HS instead of West Charlotte HS. Students living west of Statesville Road will be assigned to University Park Creative Arts School. These students will be assigned to Ranson IB MS instead of Bruns. Students will have access to University Park’s school-wide Creative Arts magnet program. These students will continue to attend West Charlotte HS. You can ask questions and learn more about the changes at CMSListens.org or by asking Principal Barnes. Your child received a letter with his/her assignment in early November.
