Book Covers What goes on the cover of a book? What makes it special/memorable/significant?

Congratulations! You have been hired by Penguin Publishing Company to design a book jacket for a new release of one of the following dystopian texts: “Harrison Bergeron”/”2081,” “There Will Come Soft Rains,” “Number 12 Looks Just Like You,” “The Eye of the Beholder,” “The Giver,” “2BR02B,” or “The Pedestrian.” Penguin wants the cover to represent the THEMES and MORAL QUESTIONS surrounding the story, rather than just a simple image depicting the plot or the characters.

Back Cover You must also write the book jacket “summary” that will be found on the back cover.
