Images of The Roaring 20’s

People who were older, poorer, or more rural were more likely to live and dress more conservatively. Many of them did not understand or approve of the “flappers”.

“Flappers” Notice the short haircut, the dark lipstick, and the high heels that were comfy enough for dancing… This style was often reserved for the wealthier people and the bold women.

Baseball was a very popular past time. Here’s a picture of the great Babe Ruth.
