উদাহরণ : Asset একটা গ্রুপ বা শ্রেণী ফিক্সড অ্যাসেট sub-group বা উপ শ্রেণী এর মধ্যে plant & machinery আসে Example: Asset is a Group Fixed Asset is a sub-group Plant & Machinery comes under Fixed Assets Group (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

আমরা ইচ্ছে করলে Fixed Asset এর মধ্যে আবার নতুন বিভাজন করী উপ-উপ শ্রেণী Plant আলাদা এবং Machinery আলাদা আলাদা শ্রেণী বা গ্রুপ করে নিতে পারি We can create Sub- sub- Group in the main Fixed Assets Group – such as Plant a separate sub-sub group and Machinery another sub-sub-gropu (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এই একই ভাবে Share Capital, Reserve & Surplus , Long Term Loan, Current Liability, Investment, Current Asset ইত্যাদি মূল শ্রেণী বা গ্রুপের বিভাজন করে প্রয়োজন মত উপ শ্রেণী বা সাব গ্রুপ করে নিতে পারি Likewise – we can create sub-sub-groups among main Groups like Share Capital, Reserves & Surplus, Long Term Loan, Current Liabilities, Investments, Currents Assets etc. (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

প্রথমে Gateway তে যাও Accounts Info সিলেক্ট করো First go to Gateway of Tally Select – Account Info (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

Group সিলেক্ট করো Select - Group (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

Create সিলেক্ট করো Select - Create (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

নতুন গ্রুপ বা শ্রেণী – যেটি তৈরী করতে চাও তার নাম লেখ কালো জায়গা তে Write the name of new Group in the Black space (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

নতুন সাব গ্রুপ বা উপ শ্রেণী – যেটি তৈরী করতে চাও তার নাম লেখ কালো জায়গাতে Write the name of Sub- group you want to create in the black space (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এবার Yes সিলেক্ট করো Now select - Yes (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

গ্রুপ তৈরী করার পর তোমাকে Account তৈরী করতে হবে After creating Group – you will have to create Accounts (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

কী বোর্ডের Esc বোতাম টিপে Gateway তে ফিরে যাও Press ESC key and go back to Gateway of Tally (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

বিগত বছরগুলির হিসাব থেকে সম্ভাব্য হিসাব খাত (অ্যাকাউন্ট) গুলির একটা তালিকা তৈরী করো Create a list of Accounts from last years Books of Accounts (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

সেই তালিকা তে যে হিসাব খাত (অ্যাকাউন্ট) গুলি থাকবে তাদের শ্রেণী বা গ্রুপ গুলি লিখে রাখো Also write down the GROUP – against each such Account (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta

এই বার create account মেনু তে গিয়ে প্রতিটি হিসাবখাত (অ্যাকাউন্ট) তৈরী করো Gateway of Tally – Accounts info – Ledgers – Create Now go to Create Account Menu and prepare all the Accounts Gateway of Tally – Accounts info – Ledgers – Create (c) Soumendu Sen Gupta
