Step 2 Cut off extra piece and throw away!

Step 3 3 Fold the paper into a triangle. Place the ruler in the center and trace. This line will tell you not to cut in the center of the triangle.

Step 4 4 Fold this triangle in half. Draw 3 lines 1 cm apart starting from the corner. Then, make cuts where the lines are BUT DO NOT cut all the way up. Then open the paper. 4
