WHEN I DO NOT HAVE A PERFECT DAY...

STOP DO NOT SAY A WORD Think about what happened.

STAY CALM Go to your cool down spot. Close your eyes. Count to 10. Relax your body. Do not say a word.

LISTEN TO YOUR TEACHER Look at your teacher Be still She is going to explain what you did that resulted in you not having a perfect day. Do not talk while she is talking.

ACCEPT WHAT HAPPENED…. It is o.k. Tomorrow you have a new opportunity to have a perfect day.

MAKE A GOOD CHOICE Stay in your cool down spot. Think about what a good day you are going to have tomorrow. Get back to work.
