Club Experience for Young People Workshop How to create extraordinary experience for young people at your club The world is changing, how do you ensure your club is chosen over all the other opportunities that are competing for young people’s time? By making it a place they want to keep on coming back to. This workshop provides support and information to help you make this happen. We will cover: How to listen to and respond to the needs of the people in your club Action points and ‘take aways’ for you to work through with your club Why delivering a great experience for young people is important How to consistently deliver a great club experience This workshop will have a specific focus on young people aged 11-25 and be relevant to any sport. We recommend that two people from each club attend to share the learning.
