The SKF Global Trainee Programme is an 18 months opportunity for you as a recent graduate to gain insight into the SKF business. This programme targets talented graduates within engineering with a proven entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set. Programme Requirements •    Master Degree within engineering •    Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set or/and experience •    International- and cross culture experiences Preferably 1- 2 years of working experience post Masters graduation  •    English working proficiency   Prerequisites: •    You must have completed your Masters studies before the programme starts in September 2018 •    You must be able to start latest 1st September, 2018 Personal profile  •    Have the drive and passion to make change – challenge the status quo •    Possess a business oriented mind-set •    Have the ability to collaborate within various cultural contexts •    Have a high level of integrity •    Be highly flexible and globally mobile •    Creates value and delivers result
