Nurse Academy Research supports the successful use of transition programs in aiding new graduate nurses in developing professional skills such as critical thinking, decision making, and prioritization.

What Went Wrong? Participant reviews: “I do not feel the information provided added to my knowledge base or confidence level. Most, if not all the information was learned in my nursing program. I felt my knowledge base was insulted by having to ‘retake’ the same information I had already been taught.” “The information covered in Nurse Academy was all information included in the course material in nursing school.”
