Benefit Management SETUP

Benefit Setup in Spaghetti mode There are a variety of tables that work together in the creation of, and linkage between the benefits plan. These validation tables all help in supplying information to build out the logic built in the system.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT Build an Open Enrollment Selection record for each enrollment type per Company Code: open enrollment, status change, and new hire. Define types of plans available for selection, when those benefits will kick in (both effective and payroll) and when the enrollments are available.

Automated system notifications Set up automated notifications for all employees including new hires and off-site email addresses. Examples: Deductions coming to an end Dependent Reaching a Maximum Age Open-Enrollment

CURRENT BENEFITS Current Benefits are accessible to all Employees through their Employee Self Service Ability to link directly into external vendor URLs Billing for both EE & ER listed for Employees to view Access to Benefit Handbooks & Plan docs

ONLINE ENROLLMENT The online benefit enrollment is available to the Employee Enterprise role. Access is controlled by the menu item, the dates of an enrollment, and whether or not an employee has a pending enrollment or pending life qualifying change.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT Once reviewed, the employee will need to finalize their selections. Here they can see their new total for pre and post-tax deductions. Employees will need to sign off and finalize.
