MISSION STATEMENT: "THE KIDS COME FIRST" Our League's goal is to help in the development of young people who learn not only the fundamentals of football in a competitive atmosphere, but they also learn about character. We practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. Our League stresses learning lessons of value, such as self-discipline, teamwork, friendship, respect, leadership, and having FUN along the way!!! THE KIDS COME FIRST POLICY: Is the reason for our continued success. We are PROUD to be the leader in setting the standard for excellence in youth sports.

North Cascade Youth Football League is a non-profit youth football  organization operating in Snohomish, Skagit, Island, San Juan and Whatcom Counties. The NCYFL covers the largest geographical area of any youth sports organization in Washington State, with 15 member communities belonging to the league, and we're still growing strong!  The Purpose and philosophy of the NCYFL is three-fold, with Safety foremost in mind.  The game is for the KIDS.  To provide any and every opportunity to play football for fun.  To teach sportsmanship, discipline, self-control and the fundamentals of football, while encouraging competitive play with KIDS of comparable age and weight.

All NCYFL Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are mandated to be annually certified/re-certified with USA Football / Heads-Up-Football. Certification includes education on the following: -Proper Equipment Fitting -Heads Up Tackling -Concussion Awareness -Heat & Hydration  To learn more, visit www.usafootball.com.
