What is Curriculog? Three types of proposals: Why are we here? Phase 1 – plan of study is complete No more paper forms 40s or 710s Moving to electronic workflow process Phase 2 - is why we are here today! What is Curriculog? Set of forms and routing processes Choose the form based on the type of action you wish to do Once the form is complete, it will be routed to the approvers Three types of proposals: Course Proposals - formerly the Form 40/40G Curricula Proposals- formerly the Form 710 UG & GR Plans of Study (undergraduate)

Timelines IN CURRICULOG ACTIVITY DUE DATE Why are we here? Phase 1 – plan of study is complete No more paper forms 40s or 710s Moving to electronic workflow process Phase 2 - is why we are here today! Timelines ACTIVITY DUE DATE IN CURRICULOG 1) Course proposals February 1st of the year the fall term begins – College begins review process in early October the year before. 2) Add new majors, minors, or April 1st of the year the fall term begins - concentrations to existing College begins review process in early programs May the year before. 3) Create new degrees or certificates April 1st of the year the fall term begins - College begins review process in early October the year before. 4) Make revisions to existing majors, April 1st of the year the fall term begins - minors or concentrations College begins review process in mid October year before.
