Open Doors works in 45 of the world's most oppressive countries, strengthening and equipping Christians to stand strong in the face of persecution. Isolation - from God's word and from the body of Christ is one of their greatest challenges Open Doors supplies Bibles, trains Christian leaders, develops Christian communities and raises prayer, presence and advocacy for these suffering believers. These Christians are enabled to demonstrate God's forgiveness and reach out in love, even to their oppressors. This witness reaches lives and communities, otherwise closed to the gospel - but they need the whole body of Christ to pray and stand with them. PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS
