NTT vote on Council Rationale Approximately 1/3 of faculty NTT; they influence areas of teaching and research Voting and faculty participatory rights are unit dependent and not uniform. Currently Council has 4 non-voting members representing NTT faculty. Council proposes their enfranchisement, requiring a faculty vote. Second step is to make NTT eligible to serve on Council, requiring Reapportionment of Council (360 NTT Physicians) Create a tenured faculty subcommittee to deal with tenure issues.
