IIUM Quality Policy The International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) is committed to achieve comprehensive excellence in managing its educational programmes and activities by adopting Quality Management System (QMS) In pursuit of this, we are dedicated to ensure: That all staff are available and focusing at all times on customer needs and expectations Our commitment to continual improvement of the quality management system That all legislatives and regulatory requirements are complied with This POLICY will be communicated to all staff, and as a minimum, when requested, stakeholders and or interested parties.
