Enlisted Evaluation System The EPR: Provides a reliable, long-term, cumulative record of performance and potential based on that performance Used to document performance and potential, and provide information for making promotion, retention, retirement, assignment, and other management decisions 3

Requirements For EPRs Who? When? All enlisted members SrA thru CMSgt A1C and below if they have 20 months or more of Total Active Federal Military Service (TAFMS) When? Annually Static close out dates vary by rank 6
