Supporting Transition Towards Education Progression Aim of the Project The project will identify and analyse the key competencies required for success for adults returning to education or training with the aspiration to study and train to a higher level. The project will consider innovative and sustainable resources that will: Develop skills that will allow adults across a range of education providers to assess their progress from informal to formal education Benchmark the learner’s competencies against credit & quality frameworks so that learning organisations and learners can articulate suitability for progression Evaluate the benefits of the skills development and benchmarking in maximising education progression opportunities 19/11/2018 Supporting Transition Towards Education Progression

Description of the project Analysis of need research competences from: adults, educationalists, the professions Use the analysis to identify the key competences Develop a package of materials to deliver these competences With the package we will address: evidence gathering, self reflection, digital awareness etc 19/11/2018 Supporting Transition Towards Education Progression

Description of the project KA 2 Strategic Partnership supporting Innovation Benchmark these competences against national quality & credit framework Can we link this with the EU Quality & Credit Framework? Develop a Training package of resources for professionals - with purpose to ensure organisations and learners can develop skills and competencies.
