Presentation transcript:

“ If it weren’t for Health Advocate, I would have never known I had these conditions. ” At a recent Health Advocate biometric screening event at work, Robert discovered that his blood pressure and blood glucose were high. The Onsite Health Coach reviewed his results and urged him to contact both his doctor and a Health Advocate Wellness Coach. Robert’s Coach worked with him to create a diet and exercise program that fit into his schedule. She also put him in contact with a registered nurse who could help him manage his pre-diabetes. Six months into the program, Robert lost a total of 18 pounds and his blood pressure was back within the normal range.
