Lessons Learned Staff time required for implementation, training, and troubleshooting is significant Full utilization of the software could easily be a full time job Need a champion with knowledge in writing advanced Excel formulas, Boolean logic, and/or SQL who also understands the reporting process There is a difference between entry forms and reports! Graph Pac is limited in capability, so some things may need to stay in Excel
