(Defined and penalized under the RPC, as amended by RA 8353) STATUTORY RAPE (Defined and penalized under the RPC, as amended by RA 8353) RAPE CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE (Violation of R.A. 7610) * Carnal knowledge of a WOMAN under 12 years of age or is demented *Carnal knowledge of a WOMAN using force, threat or intimidation; deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious; and by means of fraudulent machinations or grave abuse of authority * Act of sexual assault by inserting penis into another person’s mouth or anal orifice or any instrument or object into the genital or anal or orifice of another person * Sexual intercourse or lascivious conduct with children (below 18 years of age, whether male or female) who indulge in the said act for money, profit or any other consideration or due to the coercion or influence of any adult, syndicate or group.   * Twelve (12) years to below eighteen (18) years of age
