Designing the future / the Plan

What does “Designing the future” step mean? Key tasks: Formulating the integrated Plan: That may facilitate the drafting and Implementation of an Action Work Plan – evaluating simultaneously, the planning process and program formulation. Establishing Governance and Management structures: Setting up the inter‐sectoral management, facilitation and consultation structures for the long‐term, post‐plan period.

What does “Designing the future” step mean? Key tasks: The cross‐sectoral integrated management and governance structure: Tasked with the implementation and eventual review of the Plan with ToRs and clear lines of responsibility and reporting. 4. Formalization: Obtaining formal approvals for funding wider institutional support and legal adoption

Formulating the integrated plan Have to find answer, how the combination of the vison with the analysis can be achieved, taking into account previous steps? Taken example from build vision: They envisage maintaining and improving the quality of life on the island (health, education, water-waste-sewage management). To make a project for reconstruction of water supply system; To make a project for building a sewage system, based on waste water treatment methodology with Wet Lands; To make a composting plant with necessary infrastructure; To make an information campaign for good practices for health care; ......

Establishing Governance and Management structures Have to find answer, who are the “players”? Taken example from build vision: They envisage maintaining and improving the quality of life on the island (health, education, water-waste-sewage management). Establish the Beneficent Establish Key experts for every position Establish Supervisor of the project Establish the Consultant Establish project makers (designers) .....

The cross‐sectoral integrated management or governance structure and Embedding After making ToRs, according to the plan, have to find answer, who is responsible for the different integrals in the whole integral? Game: Try to connect different players and establish rules between them? ( I can’t) Start the game and wish luck! - Samothraki Nomination form
