Our Innovation Project Super Hero Suzie kit is a story book Tracey had the idea of a super hero story as no super heroes have disabilities. Its main purpose is to provide children with juvenile arthritis with a super hero to associate with and a doll for not only comfort but also to point out where their pain is.

Next steps… We would like to present this at the next B-spa conference for rheumatology professionals. To spread the resource further around the country. To make the resource both multilingual and multicultural. To develop more stories and resources for other conditions. To work alongside Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity to develop and utilise the play specialists’ creative ideas.
